I specialise in an ammonia free colour range that also offers no smell, less possibility of irritation, less skin staining and less damage to your hair. I offer this colouring service along with cutting & styling for anyone who would like to have colours that are better for the condition of their hair and/or safer for their health, hair & skin.
Did you know that ammonia is highly toxic? It is used in many of the colours applied at your local salons or that you can buy at the chemists. Ammonia is an extreme irritant & is listed as carcinogenic (cancer forming).
I have decided to offer you a professional colour range that is plant derived & contains no ammonia, & is safer for your health,hair & skin.
Tinting Range
- Great for people who wish to avoid the use of harsh chemicals
- Reduces irritation of the scalp, GREAT if you are prone to skin sensitivity ( It is still always advisable to have a patch test with any new product if you are prone to allergic reactions)
- Safer for pregnant Mums as the abscence of ammonia results in little or no penetration of the epidermis (top layer of skin). Colouring is at your discretion.

I offer FOIL HI-LIGHTS using ammonia free, pure clay and plant pigments giving a subtule or light result. Avoids the damage & brassiness traditional hairdressing bleach or high lift tints can cause due to the corossive ammonia & high levels of peroxide. I have clients that have changed from bleach hi-lights & love it, GREAT result, less damage.

Q. Is ammonia free hair colour like Henna & does it cover grey?
A. No it is not the same as Henna, it is a professional range of colours used in selected Salons & by freelance hairdressers that wish to offer a safer colouring service. It works similarly to the colours normally used in Salons but avoids the use of ammonia which is toxic, reduces the possibility of irritation on sensitive scalps, leaves hair in better condition & gives a shinier more natural finish to the hair. The colours are matched to your current colour, I use the base 5 brown myself & it is more natural than any of the professional tints I have ever used & dose not give that matt look. Yes it covers grey as well.
